Kisha Rankin

Hi, I'm Kisha Rankin, founder of Another Day At Life Home Health care.

With years of experience in the home health care industry, I am deeply committed to improving the lives of the elderly and disabled. My mission is to provide compassionate, professional caregiving services in St. Louis, ensuring every client receives the support they need to live comfortably and independently at home.

Kisha Rankin’s Home and Community Based Services program strongly advocates for the independence and well-being of its citizens. They were designed to provide personcentered, coordinated care in a range of community settings by meeting the unmet needs of seniors and adults with disabilities. Another Day At Life Home Health Care, was birthed in St. Louis, Missouri from one woman’s desire to provide for her family, care for her aging mother and spread the hope of living independently in a community overloaded with barriers. Kisha Rankin was born, raised and educated in Wright City, Missouri. She is a country girl at heart who instinctively fights to improve the quality of life for others while always remaining humble and walking in integrity. Kisha’s drive to champion the “independent living” movement stems from the morals and values instilled in her as a child. She strives each day to be a difference maker and game changer for her family, the senior and disability communities, and humanity. Kisha truly believes everyone was created on purpose and for a purpose.

Debra L Sanders

I am Debra L Sanders, 2nd of 7 siblings My time with Another Day At Life Home Health care is 5 years. Before being pulled out of retirement, I spent several years in logistics, staffing and medical environments My current position as Regional Quality Assurance Manager, allows me to oversee all factors of our business at all current locations. In my spare time I enjoy road trips and baseball.

Joan E. Barman

My name is Joan E. Barman. I have over 20 years of customer/client service experience, from cashiering in a corner store to office manager with home health care companies. My position is central operations manager. I handle payroll, billing, and administrative paperwork for the State and Medicaid. I enjoy crossword puzzles, sudoku, reading, walking, and more.

Taekwonda Duncan

My name is Taekwonda Duncan. I am the mom of 15 wonderful children and grandma to 10 grandchildren. I have worked in home healthcare for 25 years, taking care of clients and my family. Three years ago, I became a caregiver for Another Day At Life Home Health care and worked my way up to the Joplin Office Manager. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren.

Deborah McCord

My name is Deborah McCord, my work history is in Customer Service and Management positions in retail. I came to Another Day At Life Home Health care three and a half years ago as the Office clerk of the new Joplin office and was later promoted to Office manager. A short time later I took on the role of Marketing/Media agent and Recruiter. I can not think of a career I have loved more than Home Health. There is great satisfaction in working with the elderly and those with disabilities, to keep them comfortable in their homes. Outside of work, my passion is arts and crafts and my 3 amazing kids and 4 wonderful grandbabies.

Clemisha Lumpkin

My name is Clemisha Lumpkin I have been in Home Health Care for over 4 years, first as a Caregiver. I came to Another Day At Life Home Health care a year ago as an Office Clerk in the St Louis Office. I truly enjoy my job and look forward to growing with this agency and the wonderful staff. In my spare time, I enjoy being with and doing a variety of things with my family.
